From October 30 to November 1, 2025, Portland, Maine transforms into a premiere culinary wonderland, celebrating the profound connection between our land, our sea, and our tables. This three-day extravaganza isn’t just a food festival; it’s an immersive deep-dive into the “Vacationland” lifestyle, drawing foodies, mixologists, and world-class chefs to the heart of the Northeast’s most celebrated food scene.

Set against the industrial-chic backdrop of Maine Studio Works and the historic charm of Portland’s working waterfront, this year’s festival is an invitation to witness the soul of Maine’s culinary artistry.

This high-stakes competition features Maine’s most visionary chefs battling for the ultimate title: Maine Lobster Chef of the Year. You are the judge! Sample innovative lobster dishes and cast your vote for the People’s Choice Award while industry experts select the grand winner.

Saturday, November 1 | Two Sessions (1:30 PM & 3:00 PM)

In partnership with The Maine Oyster Company, this event showcases 18 unique oysters from aquaculture farms spanning Maine’s rugged coastline. Learn about the sustainable “merroir” of each region directly from the farmers themselves.
