π All Aboard the Magic: The 2025 CPKC Holiday Train Arrives in Greenville Junction, Maine β November 22, 2025 πΆπ
The most enchanting event of the season is rolling into the heart of the Maine Highlands! This winter, the magic of the holidays finds its way to Greenville Junction. Meanwhile, the legendary CPKC Holiday Train prepares for its historic stop at the historic Greenville Junction Depot. On Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 6:15 p.m., witness a symphony of lights. There will be world-class musical performances as well as overwhelming community spirit in one of the most picturesque settings in the Northeast.
This isn’t just a train rideβit’s a dazzling family-friendly spectacle. Moreover, it transforms the Moosehead Lake region into a true winter wonderland, all while supporting an incredible cause.
π A Celebration of Giving & Community Impact
Since it first set out on the tracks in 1999, the CPKC Holiday Train has become a beacon of hope across North America. To date, this initiative has raised over $26.1 million. It has also collected more than 5.45 million pounds of food for families facing food insecurity.
In 2025, Maine joins this prestigious route for the very first time! We invite all attendees to participate in the “Heart-Healthy” challenge. π Local Beneficiary: American Legion Post 94 Food Pantry
Please consider bringing a monetary donation or non-perishable, heart-healthy food items (like canned proteins, whole grains, and low-sodium vegetables) to the drop-off point. Every contribution helps. As a result, our neighbors in the Moosehead Lake area have a bright and bountiful holiday season.
