The Society has recently expanded its reach. It relocated its main administrative office to the heart of downtown to better serve the community.
1. The Evelenth-Crafts-Sheridan Historical House & Museums
Location: 444 Pritham Ave., Greenville, Maine Step back into the late 19th century inside this meticulously restored 130-year-old Victorian mansion.

Guided Docent Tours: Discover the refined textiles, furnishings, and stories of the Crafts and Eveleth families, some of the region’s most influential benefactors.

The Carriage House: Now hosting extensive research files and a stunning collection of steam vessel models that once navigated Moosehead Lake.
2. The Center for Moosehead History (Cultural Heritage Center)
Location: 6 Lakeview Street, Greenville, Maine Originally built in 1904 as a Universalist Chapel, this downtown landmark is now the Society’s vibrant headquarters.
