The engine roar is back! The 2nd Annual Oquossoc 150 Race returns on February 8-9, 2025, and it’s charging ahead bigger and better than ever. Set against the breathtaking, snow-covered backdrop of Bald Mountain Camps Resort in Oquossoc, Maine, this premier snowmobile racing event is the heartbeat of winter adventure.

Whether you’re an elite racer ready to dominate the track or a spectator seeking a weekend of adrenaline and community spirit, the Oquossoc 150 is your ultimate winter destination.

The Course: A Test of Pure Grit and Skill

The Oquossoc 150 isn’t just a race; it’s an endurance challenge across a dynamic 10-mile course. Racers will battle through multiple laps with two mandatory fuel stops to test their strategy and stamina.

Spectator Perks: We’ve designated prime viewing spots along the route so you can feel the rush as the region’s best snowmobilers blast through the challenging terrain.

2025 Race Categories & Schedule

From youth stars to seasoned pros, there’s a class for every level of competitor:

  • Trail Pro 850cc (50 miles): Reserved for non-pro/semi-pro racers looking for top-tier competition.

  • Team Race 650cc (50 miles): A unique duo challenge where both sleds must start and finish together.

  • The Oquossoc 150 (650cc, 150 miles): The main event! A brutal 150-mile marathon with two mandatory pit stops.

  • Kids 120cc & 200cc: Let the young legends take the spotlight on a track built just for them.

Event Timeline:

  • Registration: 6:00 – 8:30 AM (Saturday & Sunday)

  • Saturday, Feb 8 (9:00 AM): Opening Races begin

  • Sunday, Feb 9 (9:00 AM): The Oquossoc 150 Main Race
