You can easily secure your admission today through the official Owls Head Transportation Museum portal.

What Is the Pine Tree Jamboree?

Above all, the Pine Tree Jamboree celebrates the golden era of American vintage racing. It highlights backyard ingenuity, hand-built hot rods, and flathead-powered machines.

Furthermore, this special event honors the makers and dreamers who built pure speed from scratch. The museum partners with Eli, Lisa, Alden, and Isaac English of Traditional Speed and Custom, LLC to deliver an authentic weekend. As a result, guests will discover moving history in every corner of the grounds.

Racers, families, and classic car enthusiasts gather to celebrate camaraderie and mechanical grit. In addition, guests can step back in time with Troy R. Bennett of The Mystery Jig Tintypes. He captures genuine wet-plate collodion portraits using authentic nineteenth-century photographic techniques. Consequently, you can take home a rare, handcrafted tintype photograph of your vintage weekend.

The Owls Head Transportation Museum operates as an active nonprofit educational institution.

Each machine on display tells a compelling story of human invention and persistence. Moreover, a dedicated team of staff and passionate volunteers works year-round to keep these relics running.
