Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Rangeley Lakes region, this event combines adrenaline-pumping competition with stunning snowy vistas.

Men’s & Women’s Long Course: (16–20 miles, 2 laps) starts at 10:15 AM.

Men’s & Women’s Short Course: (8–10 miles, 1 lap) starts at 10:20 AM.

Fat Bike Festival: New for 2025! From 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM, join the community for s’mores by the fire, a bike toss, cornhole, and hot food in the yurt.

Awards: Prizes for the top three men and women in each category, including unique locally sourced Maine swag.
What Makes This Event Unique?

Professional Course & Grooming: The Loppet course features wide straightaways, technical singletrack, and aggressive hill climbs. Trails are meticulously prepared using a PistenBully nordic groomer for firm corduroy, while snowmobiles groom the singletrack.

Spectator-Friendly Hub: Fans can catch all the action from the stadium-sized start/finish area or the sidehill overlooking the course near the yurt lodge.
